As Head of Production, I managed a senior 8-member media crew to document this landmark corporate summit, adhering to strict international media standards and brand guidelines.

To capture the full scope of executive keynote presentations, panel discussions, and high-level networking without interruption, a multi-crew strategy was deployed:

• Production Leadership (Head of Production & Lead Photographer): Directed overall visual composition, multi-cam spatial positioning, and team workflow while providing lead corporate photography.
• 5 Multi-Camera Camcorder Stations: Positioned strategically across the main hall and stage to capture continuous, broadcast-quality multi-angle coverage of conference presentations.
• Dedicated Corporate Photography Unit (2 Photographers): Captured high-resolution executive portraiture, attendee interactions, and key branding moments.
• Cinematic Videography Unit (2 Videographers): Produced cinematic B-roll, dynamic short clips, and executive recap reels for post-event marketing.
